Art with 9am breakfast club

I have started doing art Tuesdays and Thursdays with ladies of 9am Breakfast club. On 22 August 2024 which is winter here in the southern hemisphere we drew some crustaceans. I shared an image from @romanceofbooks from Crustaceans by Adolphe Philippe Millot from Nouveau Larousse Illustre encyclopedia, published under the direction of Claude Augé for Editions Larousse between 1897 and 1904, in 7 volumes and a supplement.

I used to find it difficult to draw crabs and crustaceans. I find it a little bit easier. I used gouache and some watercolour and pen to make outlines. We usually talk and draw and give ourself time limits. Most ladies who draw/paint are in Europe. So it is not 9am Or 10am but 6pm for me.
